Chamber Members and guests had a very informative morning when Bill Grant, Chair, Dunwoody Chamber of Commerce and Tom LaPenna, Building Inspector/Code Compliance Official, City of Dunwoody, spoke to the group.  Mr. Grant spoke at length about the new sign ordinance, which will be finalized in the near future.  He also reminded them that the City of Dunwoody is very participatory and encouraged all to be involved.  Mr. LaPenna invited the attendees to contact him when they had questions or concerns regarding property maintenance and codes in Dunwoody.  Mr. LaPenna provided a handout, which outlined property maintenance standards and frequent code violations.  Click here for a .pdf of the outline.
