Dunwoody Chamber Supports 1st Christmas for Kids With Dunwoody Police
The Dunwoody Chamber played key roles in the 1st Christmas for Kids benefit organized by the Dunwoody Police Department.
CFK Signage and Posters were provided by Chamber Member Leanne Walasek of Atlanta Vital Signs.
Food for the event was collected by Chamber Members Brent Morris (Peachtree Benefits Group) and Amy Otto (AFLAC)
Food was provided by Chamber Members J. Alexander's, Publix, and Crowne Plaza Ravinia. Food donations were also provided by Fresh Market, World Market, Domino's, Mellow Mushroom, Honey Baked Ham and Eagle Rock Distributing
Decorations were provided and installed by Chamber Members MJ Thomas (MJ Thomas Realtors), Debbie Montgomery (DM Financial), and Deborah Fuse (Chamber VP)
The Chamber also opened its office as a collection point for toys that were distributed. The Holiday Networking Event in December was also a collection point with the usual fee being waived in lieu of a toy donation.
In all, the Chamber collected approx 230 toys from Chamber Members and volunteers. Finally, Chamber leadership volunteered the day of the event. (See Below)
Let's do it again next year!

The entire volunteer crew poses for the camera before the event starts.

Santa's sleigh offloaded all of the presents before his arrival!

Yes, Dunwoody, there is a Santa Claus.
This picture says it best of all what all the work was for.
