Dunwoody was fortunate to have a Chamber of Commerce founded at the same time as the city to offer guidance in the needs of the business community and the benefits of local businesses to homeowners.

The Chamber has been instrumental in guiding the development of city ordinances so that business can operate in harmony with the residential community.

All businesses within the City of Dunwoody boundaries are licensed by the city.  DeKalb County will no longer issue permits to these establishments.
